Each capsule of Probiotic lactobacillus contains two billion active microorganisms, guaranteed alive and active until the expiration date.
The product contains two strains of probiotic lactic ferments: Lactobacillus acidophilus (A118) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (A119).
Jamieson’s Probiotic lactobacillus is gluten-free and is available in the format of 100 vegetarian capsules.

How to use:
it is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with a sip of water, preferably on an empty stomach.
