All items on the site are generally available while stocks last.

Unavailable products are not normally charged, however, it may happen that on some rare occasions (simultaneous order) unavailable products are charged. In this case, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE undertakes to promptly inform the Customer by email or by telephone and undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 5 working days.

General Product Disclaimer

Invictus Oltrelimite is active on a daily basis in keeping the nutritional information, ingredients, images and warnings of every single product on its website updated. Nevertheless, in case of errors or omissions, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE declines all responsibility as often the labels and packaging of the products are changed by the manufacturer without any prior notice to INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE.

We therefore invite customers who purchase the products on the site to carefully read the indications, ingredients and allergens on the labels of the products purchased before consuming them. The products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

We advise the customer to check the expiration date before opening a product package; if it does not have a “usable” expiry, please notify us promptly: we will immediately replace it.

Product prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT (for Italy).

INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price relating to the order confirmation.

Online expiry dates

Non-EU countries

Prices for non-EU countries are shown excluding VAT. Orders relating to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes or customs duties or documentation imposed by the destination country.

Such rights, taxes and documents delivered upon delivery are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. We also inform you that deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to inspection by customs.

INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE is not required to verify such customs duties, taxes applied and / or any documentation required.

Order procedure

The confirmation of the order by the Customer represents the acceptance of these general conditions.

Treatment of undelivered packages: packages not delivered at the address indicated in the order confirmation may be returned to our warehouses.

Following the receipt and inspection of the packages by our logistics, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE will contact the customer to check if he is still interested in the product or, if not, if INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE can proceed with the refund, based on the customer’s choice.

INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE reserves the right to proceed with a refund instead of a new order dispatch if more consignments are detected and returned to the sender with an unknown recipient.

In the event that the customer indicates as a reason for returning the package: “REFUSED” means that the customer has refused the package. Following the receipt and inspection of the packages by our logistics, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE will refund the amount paid by the Customer within 5 working days, except for any taxes or duties necessary to unlock the products relating to orders shipped outside the EU.

In cases where the causes of the return of the products are “UNKNOWN RECIPIENT”, “NOT CLAIMED”, or “REFUSED”, the Customer will be charged for transport costs incurred by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE; consequently any reimbursement, in the case of advance payment, will be reduced by the transport costs incurred by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE for the return of the goods.

Before signing, we recommend checking that your package is perfectly intact and undamaged; in this case, please mark “damaged package” on the delivery receipt. If in this case the goods inside the package are also damaged, please inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will replace the damaged products.

We remind you that we can NOT accept any claim if the wording “damaged” or “withdrawal with reserve” does not appear on the courier’s note.

Responsibility

On all stages of access to the site, namely consultation, filling in forms, order execution, delivery of items or any other service, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE has only an obligation of intermediation.

Consequently, INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE declines all responsibility for any problems or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE.

In particular, all unforeseen events connected with the execution of the service, such as external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses, cannot be attributed to INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE. Similarly, anything that is due to force majeure pursuant to the provisions of the Court of Cassation totally exempts INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE from any liability. Please note that all customers enjoy the guarantees provided by the brands present on the site.

Warranty

All products marketed by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. This guarantee must be enforced by the consumer.

Deliveries

The indication of the order fulfillment time is absolutely indicative for INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE.

Furthermore, due to unforeseen technical issues, delays may occur in the fulfillment and delivery of orders. Please note that, if the payment system by credit card is selected, the dispatch of the goods is subject to the approval of the international payment systems and this operation could generate operational delays.

“LOYALTY CARD EVOLUTION” (hereinafter the “Promotion“)

1. THE CARD

The INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE Loyalty Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”), are plasticized electronic cards, issued free of charge by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE to all consumers (hereinafter the “Owner”), who intend to participate in the Promotion and named as follows:

EvoMyCard, EvoYoung, EvoMyCard Gold, and can only be used at all INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE stores, in Italy and online through the INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE app (hereinafter referred to as the “APP”) .

The Card is issued free of charge, by completing the registration form both at the point of sale and through the APP, and is immediately active. It is strictly personal and not transferable to third parties; the Cardholder cannot own more than one Card; multiple holdings will be considered irregular, will not give the right to accumulate EvoMyBites and will therefore be canceled. Children under the age of 16, legal entities or residing abroad cannot apply for the Card.

Through the Card, the Cardholder will be able to participate in any prize events organized by Invictus Oltrelimite and reserved for Cardholders. INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE also reserves the right to modify the list of goods or services obtainable with the Card, as part of the individual prize events , where they were organized by the same. The Cardholder who is no longer in possession of the Card (theft, loss, etc.) or is in possession of a demagnetized Card, may request the replacement of the Card at any INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE point of sale. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to promptly communicate the loss or theft of the card to Customer Service.

2. DISPUTES

Any and any dispute or request relating to the use of the Card must be sent to the Customer Service, as better specified below, no later than the peremptory deadline of 15 days from the day on which the fact that gave rise to the dispute or the request.

In no case will INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE be called to answer towards the Holder for any non-fulfillment or for any damage deriving from the goods or services obtained by the Holder under the Card, with particular regard to the case in which the Holder has not used the Card in a in accordance with these conditions.

3. POINTS

The EvoMyBites are points that the Owner can accumulate following each purchase made at Invictus Oltrelimite points of sale, on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.

The points will be accumulated in multiples of 5 euros, for example 30 euros will give the right to 6 points.
It is forbidden to transfer part or all of the points accumulated from your Card to other cards.
The card is granted. transfer of points between cards owned by the same Cardholder.
Once the points are claimed and used for the purpose of obtaining the benefits, they will be eliminated from the Card and therefore the Cardholder will have to start accumulating them again.

4. EARN POINTS

The criteria for accumulating points and the respective discounts / promotions for each of the Cards referred to in art. 1.

The aforementioned Card is dedicated to all customers from the twenty-seventh year on and gives the right to 1 point for every € 5 of products purchased.
Upon reaching 60 points, the Cardholder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 5 .
Upon reaching 100 points, the Cardholder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 10.
Upon reaching 150 points, the Cardholder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 25. Upon reaching 300 points, the Holder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 60.
The discount vouchers can be used from the next purchase to the one that reached the relevant threshold and can be used on products sold in INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE stores.

EvoYoung:

The aforementioned Card is dedicated to all customers aged between sixteen and twenty-six and entitles you to 1 point for every € 5 of products purchased.
Upon reaching 30 points, the Cardholder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 5 .
Upon reaching 50 points, the Cardholder will be entitled to a discount voucher worth € 10.

EvoMyCard Gold:

Consumers who reach € 3,000 of purchases during the calendar year at INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE points of sale, will be entitled to obtain the VIP status and the relative Card.
This status will give the right to a fixed discount of 5% cumulative with current promotions, but not cumulative with the “additional privileges” referred to in Article 5 of the regulation: this means that if one of these privileges is applicable, the application of the latter will prevail over the application of the 5% discount.
The aforementioned Card also entitles you to 1 point for every 5 € of products purchased.

– for 1 day a year, bringing 2 friends, who register for the Loyalty Card EVOLUTION program, both the Card holder and the 2 friends / friends will be entitled to a 10% discount on the displayed price, which cannot be combined with current promotions, but which will result in the accumulation of points.

5. ADDITIONAL PRIVILEGES

All the above cards will also give the right, for the entire period of development, to:

– the week of the birthday, the Cardholder will be entitled to a 15% discount on the displayed price and cannot be combined with current promotions;

– as part of the “friends get friends” operation, for each friend presented who has requested a new Card, the Cardholder will receive 5 free points;

6. DISCOUNT COUPONS:

The discount vouchers to which the Owner will be entitled upon reaching the thresholds of points mentioned above:

a) must be used together with the unloading of the points
b) CANNOT be combined with each other
c) must be spent in a single solution
d) do not give the right to change e) cannot be converted into money
f) can only be spent on products that cost at least as much as the Discount Coupon (s) itself, therefore they will not be accepted for the payment of products of a lower amount
g) at the time of the request for the conversion of points, the presentation of an identity document may be required h) in any case, the Credits converted into Discount Coupons will not be re-credited.

7. PERIOD OF CONDUCT

The points collection will have an annual duration, which will run from January 31st to January 30th of the following year.
Therefore, the Cardholder can use them no later than the indicated date, following which, the accumulated and unclaimed points they will be reset and no longer usable.
In this case, any obligation of any reimbursement by INVICTUS OLTRELIMITE in favor of the Owner is excluded.

8. MISCELLANEOUS
