HMB BCAAs 12: 1: 1 is a food supplement in capsules based on BCAA, HMB and vitamin B6.
HMB is a metabolite of L-leucine and is useful for stimulating protein synthesis.
Branched chain amino acids are present in this supplement in the ratio 12: 1: 1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine). These are able to promote protein synthesis, resulting in muscle growth.
Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and is important for maintaining normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
This supplement can be used both for the definition phase and as a post workout.

How to use
Take 5 capsules a day to swallow with water, before or immediately after training.
