Description
Lipoic acid has an antioxidant function. It is able, through a direct action, to reduce some signals of oxidative stress and to favor the recirculation of other important physiological antioxidants such as vitamins C and E. The intake of lipoic acid, is proven, increases the production of ATP and , as a final effect, that of energy. It has been shown that the intake of lipoic acid tends to decrease blood sugar levels with positive consequences on health and, in particular, on weight control.
How to use
Take one capsule twice a day with water, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
Ingredients
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), capsule (gelatin, dye: titanium dioxide), bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate.
