Description
BCAAs is a branched chain amino acid dietary supplement with vitamins B1 and B6. BCAAs are suitable to supplement the diet of athletes. The components of BCAAs are involved in the physiological functions of: energy metabolism (vit B1), reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vit B6).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : swallow 5 tablets per day with water or other liquid of your choice 30-40 minutes before training or competitions. On days when sports are not practiced, the product can be taken at any time of the day.

Recommended dosage
Swallow 5 tablets a day with water or other liquid of your choice about 20 minutes before sport activity or immediately after. On non-sporting days, they can be hired during the day.
