In CrossFit®, wods are extremely intense workouts in which endurance, energy and strength must be pushed to the maximum. Therefore, it is necessary that the muscles and the mind are ready so that they can be 100% in every rep and set.
It is also necessary to make sure that you have all the necessary nutrients to fully recover after training, so that you can train hard at the next wod.
Many compensate for this energy need with the intake of carbohydrates in the form of sugars … nothing could be more wrong. Introducing carbohydrates before and during the wod creates a stress effect on the pancreas, which consequently cannot counteract the action of cortisol.
Much more effective is a balanced supply of amino acids that lower somatostatin (highly catabolic hormone) and reduce the cortisol produced during training, preserving not only the lean mass but creating the conditions for optimal muscle and nervous efficiency.

Directions for use:
We recommend taking 3 scoops (13g) in 200ml of water 30 minutes before wod or training.
