PRE-RACE DYNAMIC – General information: sports activities that alternate aerobic phases and anaerobic moments require the body to make a commitment that generates a consumption of specific substances. It is therefore important to eat in a varied and balanced way and take all the nutrients necessary to maintain a good athletic condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Characteristics: The product contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes useful for maintaining endurance performance during exercise. Pre Gara Dynamic supplies medium chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched amino acids which, being metabolized at different times, provide energy divided over time. Provides creatine associated with \uf061-ketoglutaric acid, alanine and taurine. The product also contains a phytocomplex of Guarana and Ginseng titrated, useful for counteracting physical and mental fatigue The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) assists the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca , Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.<\/span>
\nThe product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or those with gluten intolerance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions for Use<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Take approximately 30 – 40 minutes before the start of training or competition. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in about 200cc of water for medium duration performance, 2 sachets (in 400 – 450cc of water) in case of intense and prolonged use. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 150-200cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.<\/span><\/div>\n
