\nWhen the body takes on all the necessary nutrients, the right conditions are created for normal protein synthesis, efficient muscle recovery and the progression of the athletic condition, it is therefore advisable to eat in a varied and balanced way. <\/p>\n

\nRecovery is a product for athletes that provides nutrients with various useful functions in the phase following sports activity. The vitamins and trace elements contained perform numerous functions, in particular they contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, Folate, Iron), contribute to normal energy metabolism (Vit B1, B2 , B3, B5, B6, B12, C, Biotin, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron) of proteins and glycogen (vit B6) and regular muscle function (Ca, Mg, K). The ingredients contained also assist other functions, in particular they contribute to the physiological protein synthesis (Mg and Zn), to the normal heart function (B1) and to the regular synthesis of amino acids (folate). Other ingredients contribute to the regular formation of red blood cells (vit B6, Fe), to the normal transport of oxygen (Fe), to the correct neurotransmission (Ca), to the regular electrolyte balance (Mg) and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vit C , B2, Zn). It also contributes B.C.A.A. indicated in the athlete’s diet. <\/p>\n
