Ingredients:
Hydroxymethylbutyrate calcium salt (HMB); bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone.
How to use:
Take 3 tablets a day with a glass of water (200 ml), preferably immediately after physical activity.
