Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Caffeine; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable origin); Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1).
Recommended dosage: Swallow 1 tablet daily with water or other liquid at your choice, before physical activity or during the day.
