Pancake 50% Protein is a delicious super protein snack. Each serving (2 scoops) contains 38g of protein. The protein component is given by the mix of concentrated whey proteins, instant calcium caseinate, egg white, egg yolk, oatmeal. The ideal alternative to the usual unhealthy supermarket snacks. Protein Pancake Mix is ideal for those who want to increase their daily protein intake but don’t have the time and dexterity to make pancakes from scratch. Generally taken for breakfast, they can also be eaten as a delicious snack or nutritious dessert. It’s not all! You can add fruit, nuts, yogurt, or even other fillings of your choice.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 full scoops of product (75 g) per day, preferably in the morning, to be prepared as follows:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. In the meantime, add 2 heaping scoops of product (75 g) to 40-50 ml of water and, with a wooden spoon, mix well until the mixture is completely mixed. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
3. Next, cook the pancakes on the hot, greased skillet for 1 1/2 or 2 minutes before turning. Once the pancake has been turned, cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes and serve hot, garnished with your favorite syrup.
