Description
MetaStudent New Formula contains 3 different products:
Energy and Resistance: A complex of natural vitamins and trace elements. B vitamins are water-soluble and thermolabile. They are involved in energy metabolism as well as in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Vitamin C, beta-carotene and vitamin E have antioxidant activity. Vitamin D plays an important role in calcium metabolism. The various trace elements present make this compound a particularly complete formula suitable for supporting the body’s energy production in times of stress.
Memory and concentration Omega-3s are fatty acids polyunsaturated of vegetable and animal origin whose contribution is insufficient in the western diet. Since they become part of all cells, their ubiquitous presence in the body explains their effects on all the biological functions of the organism. Widely deficient in the population, they play an important role in brain functioning and in particular in the processes of attention, memorization and stress management. The intake of 500 mg of EPA and DHA per day is close to the recommended intake of omega-3.
Stress the formula provides a set of nutrients intended to provide the student with the substances necessary to cope with stressful moments during school exams.
Prolonged magnesium deficiencies can lead, during the stress of exams, to an increase in the production of adrenaline and noradrenaline responsible for the intensification of the alarm reaction. At the level of the central nervous system, magnesium, in physiological concentration, controls the activity of NMDA receptors (N-Methyl-D-Aspartate) whose decreased control partly explains the nervous hyperactivity, the hypermotivity and the lowering of the threshold of the pain found in cases of magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium is also important in the control of muscle contractility and the daily intake in times of stress will serve to contain the risk of muscle contractures in the neck and shoulders in the student, always bent over the books.
Taurine, by stabilizing cell membranes, preserves the body’s magnesium levels. Like magnesium, during stress, it reduces the amount of adrenaline secreted by the adrenal glands.
Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 are essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, serotonin and GABA, which calm the central nervous system.
