CAREFLOW®: Your power source
One of the novelties in Max Effort Professional is the presence of Careflow®; a molecule patented exclusively for Net Integratori extracted from mango. This patent has shown very powerful activity on nitric oxide and microcirculation. In parallel, the studies reported increases in oxygen saturation and hemoglobin. The stimulation of Nitric Oxide through the synergy of Careflow®, Arginine Akg and Citrulline Malate allows an increase in energy during wods … even the most tiring ones.
The experience gained over the years with the best Italian Crossfit® athletes and the discovery of new molecules that we thought were perfect for this sport led us to create the Max Effort Professional.
We asked ourselves a simple question: What characteristics should a pre-wod have for an advanced athlete?
A pre-wod designed for professionals must:

The centerpiece of the new Max Effort Professional is the presence of CareFlow® an exclusive patent to provide oxygen to the muscles and increase endurance.
Careflow® is able to activate the enzyme nitric oxide endothelial syntax (eNOS) which catalyzes the formation of nitric oxide, a powerful vasodilator, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent.
Max Effort Professional is the result of a combination of 13 highly dosed ingredients including:
- Glutamine Complex ™: The synergy between different forms of Glutamine emphasizes the action.
anticatabolic, cellular moisturizer and detoxifier of Glutamine. - Creatine Nitrate: A salt of creatine with the addition of a nitrate group to creatine. This detail ensures that in addition to the typical functions of creatine there is also the pro nitric oxide action induced by the nitrate component and also by the presence of arginine.
- MCT: These fatty acids have an energetic action. They play a buffer role on lactic acid.
- Hmb: Makes the recovery between each repetition of the single WOD more effective. Greater psycho-physical clarity during training. Less feeling of fatigue.
- Arginine Akg: Guarantees more oxygen and nutrients to the muscles during activity. It carries out an action on the production of nitric oxide.
- Citrulline Malate: In synergy with Careflow® and Arginine AKG it stimulates the production of Nitric Oxide, promoting greater resistance to effort.
- Phosphoserine: For maintaining concentration and better mental clarity.
