WHYsport maltodextrin supplement

Maltodextrins are water-soluble complex carbohydrates obtained from starch hydrolysis processes.
The WHYsport 100% Maltodextrinsupplement is a food supplement based on maltodextrin, useful for giving energy in case of prolonged efforts.
The product contains low glycemic index and slow absorbing carbohydrates.
Highly soluble, 100% Maltodextrin WHYsport is lactose, gluten and GMO free.
It is recommended to take 50g (4 scoops) per day dissolved in 500ml of water, to be taken during physical activity.
