INTER-HEALTH SUPPLEMENT OF ZINC, MAGNESIUM, VITAMIN B6
The ISO-ZMA BPR NUTRITION® supplement contains a patented Snac System Inc. (U.S. Patent No. 5,278,329) formulation of minerals such as zinc mono-L-methionine in bond with Magnesium in the citrate and oxide form and Vitamin B6. It is a product of proven efficacy and potency and is indicated in the presence of dietary deficiencies of Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 or in case of increased need. Zinc contributes to abnormal cognitive function, normal fertility and normal reproduction, normal macronutrient metabolism, normal protein synthesis, maintenance of normal bones and normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal function of the immune system to protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy, protein and glycogen metabolism, to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the normal reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the regulation of hormonal activity

How to take : Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before going to sleep, and at least 2 hours after the last meal , avoiding the intake of calcium sources in the latter due to its marked competitiveness with zinc carriers.
