Description
Canadian Ginseng (panax quinquefolium) is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Araliacee family, native to North America. Canadian ginseng grows south of the Ontario region, a rich and fertile land. The abundance of fresh water (from lakes and rivers) associated with the alternation of the four seasons, make this region an ideal place for the production of the best ginseng quinquefolium in the world. For centuries the native Indians of Canada have grown and used forest ginseng roots to increase their strength and vitality and to keep them healthy. It was so precious that they called it the “treasure of the forest”.
Canadian Jamieson Ginseng is extracted only from first choice roots with maturation of at least 4 years. The product standardized at least 5% in ginsenosides, the main active phyto-components found in ginseng. Jamieson Canadian Ginseng is used as a tonic-adaptogen in cases of physical and mental fatigue.
