WHYsport Forged ™ Post workout is a food supplement designed for combat and functional sports.
The formulation contains a mix of creatine, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), betaine and phosphoserine to promote muscle recovery after intense effort.
Gluten-free and caffeine-free, WHYsport Forged ™ Post workout is available in a 600g green apple-flavored format.

How to use : on training days yes recommends dissolving 30 g of product (2 level scoops) in 500 ml of water a day. Take preferably within 30 minutes after training.
