Hydra Max is a beverage preparation with carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2, indicated for replenishing the hydrosaline losses due to profuse sweating. Suitable for athletes.
Hydra Max is instantly soluble and has a very pleasant taste. Hydra Max’s carbohydrate-electrolyte solution increases water absorption and contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise.
Thiamine (Vit B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance.

Recommended dosage: Mix 33 g = a full scoop of HYDRA MAX with 500 ml of water. The measuring cup is contained in the jar. It is recommended to take the drink in small doses during training or competitions. Depending on the duration and intensity of training or competition and the temperature of the environment, it is recommended to use one (500ml) to two (1000ml) servings per day.
