GYMLINE VEGETAL PROTEIN is a food supplement of vegetable proteins, vitamins and mineral salts indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of the aforementioned nutrients or an increase in their requirements, for example in the sportsman’s diet. A portion (about 30 g) of product prepared as indicated, provides 20.8 g of proteins * which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It is also a source of Vitamins (Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12) and Minerals (Iron, Zinc, Calcium).
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.
METHOD OF USE
Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 2 scoops (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the activity performed and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended intake amount. Do not use in pregnancy and in children or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
