Recommended dosage: As needed: take 3 tablets per day in a single dose, for a total of 3 g of creatine; take one dose, corresponding to 2 tablets, three times a day at 6 hour intervals for a total of 6 g of creatine. In this second case, do not exceed an intake period of 30 days.

Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, thickener: magnesium hydroxide, bulking agents: cellulose, idorssi-propyl-methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, film coating (coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, talc, medium-chain triglycerides, dyes: titanium dioxide, sunset yellow FCF *, quinoline yellow *, ponceau 4R *).
