Description
Does just the thought of the smell of old bread make you feel better? Here is a small taste of the beneficial effect of Biopan.
What’s this
It is a powder of enzymes, obtained naturally as a secondary product during the production of the bread drink (Vitapan Plus – see product sheet) from a controlled lactic fermentation process, of wholemeal and organic bread, produced with wheat, rye, oat flour. , mother yeast, water and salt. This sprouted grain powder obtained with a heat treatment and fermented with lactic acid, is therefore completely natural, beige in color and rich in enzymes.
What it is useful for and how it works
During the fermentation and acidification of cereals, the various nutrients contained in them are released and lactic acid is formed. These substances that have important functions within our body.
Lactic acid is important for maintaining the right degree of acidity in the intestine, creating an environment that is not very suitable for the settlement of pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, the lactic acid present in the Biopan in the right amount helps the body to normal physiological regeneration.
There are also many enzymes that develop during the fermentation phase. These enzymes help the body in digestion and assimilation of the nutrients present in food.
Our advice for use: Biopanpowder has been designed to ensure great ease and pleasantness of use. Two teaspoons a day sprinkled on soups and salads or added to sauces and dishes, give a slightly acidic and pungent taste note, as an alternative to the usual lemon juice or vinegar, which although acidic, are not fermented and have no hence the beneficial value of active enzymes. In the same quantity, Biopan can also be added to yogurt, fruit juice or Vitapan Plusbread drink.
The extra advice for your well-being: make a real gift to your intestine and to the general well-being of your body, using Biopan to prepare “pretzels”, beneficial vegetables fermented in a natural way, generous dispensers of active enzymes. Follow a few simple steps: prepare a thinly sliced carrot, or a quarter of white cabbage, or a cucumber, or the vegetable you like best, put it in a jar, add a pinch of salt (about 1% of the weight) and 1 -2 teaspoons of Biopan. Stir, cover with a saucer and with a weight that crushes the saucer and then the vegetables. Leave it like this for a few hours (6-12 or more depending on the hardness of the vegetable used), checking that the juice produced by the vegetable covers it completely. Once ready, consume small quantities of fresh pretzels as a side dish. You can keep them in the refrigerator, but not for a long time.
