Description
Krea Bcaas 12.1.1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids BCAA (L-Leucine, LIsoleucine, L-Valine), buffered creatine monohydrate, enriched with vitamin B6. Indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for the substances contained. Branched chain amino acids are particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of sportsmen who practice intense physical activity. Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. Vitamin B6 promotes energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets a day, to be swallowed with water, before or after training.
