Mass Tek is a food supplement based on proteins and carbohydrates suitably combined to meet the nutritional needs of those who practice sports, with the addition of amino acids, creatine, carnitine, vitamins and minerals.
The protein fraction is made up of 75% whey protein concentrate obtained by ion exchange mechanism and 25% caseins.
The former are characterized by a rapid bioavailability and a high biological value, while the latter by a slow absorption. The combination of these two protein fractions allows a more prolonged bioavailability of amino acids, thanks to the differentiated absorption compared to whey proteins alone.
Mass tek also contains creatine, an energy metabolism intermediate synthesized by the liver, which is concentrated in the muscles. Its integration can be very important to satisfy the muscular needs of those who practice sports. The product profile is completed by a pool of vitamins and minerals useful in case of increased needs or low dietary intake. In particular, the B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin C and iron help to reduce the sense of tiredness and fatigue.
How to use : Shake 4 scoops of product (corresponding to about 60 g) in 250-300 ml of water or milk and take 1-2 times a day.
