MULTIGRAIN COOKING MIX is a ready-to-use blend composed of flours with a high fiber content (oats, pearl barley, whole rye, whole buckwheat, whole soft wheat) and a balanced selection of high biological value proteins without the addition of aspartame. MULTIGRAIN COOKING MIX can be used for the preparation of pancakes, waffles, muffins, protein cake bases and once cooked it can be consumed at any time of the day, as an excellent and healthy breakfast, as a delicious dessert or as a snack.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct light and heat sources. Once opened, be sure to close the container properly. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
How to use:
For 3 Pancakes: mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of hot water to obtain a lump-free dough and leave to rest for a few minutes. Cook on a preheated non-stick pan, turning the pancake. For the Waffles: use the same mixture for the preparation of pancakes by cooking it in the special waffle machine. For 4 Muffins: mix 100g of product with 125ml of hot water (or milk) to obtain a homogeneous mixture, let it rest for a few minutes, cook in the special molds for 15/18 minutes in the oven preheated to 150 ° C.
