HOW TO USE:
Bottle : Dilute 10ml of Fordren in 500ml of water to drink during the day, or 5ml in a glass of water (approx. 200ml) to drink twice a day. Contains measuring cup.
Stick-pack : Dilute 1 stick-pack in 500 ml of drinking water during the day.
For a physiological functioning of our organism it would be advisable to drink at least one liter of water a day. Shake before using. It is not a medicine.
