How to use: Dilute a stick-pack in a glass of water (about 150ml). Take a stick-pack preferably in the morning and, for a stronger action, another after lunch. It will also win you over when diluted in hot water! -

It is recommended not to exceed the intake of 400 mg per day of caffeine from all sources. It is not recommended for use in children under the age of 12, pregnant and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use if your cardiovascular conditions are not normal. Contains Synephrine (30mg / maximum daily dose). The maximum intake of Octopamine does not exceed 1/8 of that of Synephrine. Do not use for prolonged periods without seeking medical advice.
