  How much to take

  Adults:

  A dosage of one teaspoon or one sachet (about 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to twice a day.

  Children:

  7-10 years
  One teaspoon or one sachet once a day.

  3-7 years
  Half a teaspoon or half a sachet once a day.

  Quantity of water:

  We recommend dissolving a teaspoon or a sachet in a glass full of water (200 mL).

  Water temperature:

  Warm or warm water is preferable to reduce the preparation time.
