It is a Borage oil supplement that contains linoleic acid and as much as 20% of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), two fatty acids belonging to the omega 6 series, defined as essential because they cannot be produced by the body and must therefore necessarily be introduced from the outside. It is obtained by cold pressing the seeds, so as to preserve intact the natural characteristics of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly sensitive to temperature. Then we add vitamin E, a natural antioxidant,also useful for maintaining the integrity of the acids contained in the oil.
